The blogging experience

Hello friends. Today I will speak of my blog experience; even though I've never had one, I like the activity because I practice the writing skills, I hope that my orthographic was improved; the orthographic is a weakness in my language. I think that my vocabulary is more extensive and that helps me better understand the readings in English I am assigned in other classes, in that language becomes part of the competence.

At first it was hard to write so many words, now I is easier, but not quite, I don’t have much imagination.

Another good side is that I can hear the views of my classmates, but sometimes do not have similar views, not everything can be equal c:

In the next opportunity that I should write a blog, I like speak of topics more varied, and why not freedom topic, the topics that I was liked more, was a “my favorite band and movie”, and the web page I like too, but I feel more comfortable if talk to maybe history, or of my favorite species and the articles of science.  

I hope to pass the course and keep reading some of your blogs, see you pmaybe.

My favorite subject

Hello friends, who say title, i will speak of my favorite subject, In this semester I like so much the subject "growth and development of trees”. In these classes we study different topics of interest to me:

 First we review the organ-logy of plants (root, stem, leaf, flower, fruit and seeds), with their respective cellular origin, which is the continuation of a course of first year CICBAE.

Second, we studied the importance of water and how it enters the plant, after that we learned as transports water and nutrients. We also study different plant hormones and how they affect plant, also study the environment stress and the consequences for the plant and your mechanic to confront the stress.

Third, we analyzed the growth of the trees through the analysis of stem, this topic I think it is more difficult, but it is still interesting.

And the last, we studied the characteristic anatomic of the wood, this topic I like so much, because I think that the wood is very beautiful and varied in your view macroscopic. and the view microscopic I don't like.

Post 8, My Future Job

Hello comrades, now we have to talk about jobs, wages and employment rates, personally I would like to work as soon as I can and after that could improve myself in some area of my interest, such as the conservation of nature. Further study in our times is very important because this is a very important factor in getting employment.

About working positions, these do not matter too much as you should always ensure to do what we like, clear it's always easier to be the boss, but sometimes this can change ... for example bosses have more responsibility, taking charge of other employees.

I would like a job that is related to the flora and fauna of our country, I love this area, especially recognizing species. or youlike would  to have a job that relates social part of our career, helping smallholders so they have a better productivity of forest sites.

I think that when choosing a job that must combine what you like with the wages, since all study to practice what we love, as I said earlier. As for my strengths and weaknesses I would say that one of my strengths is to do what I like even if it costs, as well as our career field trips required would say that I really like these. A weakness I have is to be punctual, but I think that it would not be a problem in a job, since when accepting a job offer, you have to commit.

Hope you all have a good end of the semester but this has been irregular every week of mobilization we had, hopefully this will help us to be better educated and more comfort on field trips we are for the next class.

Post 7 A photograph

Hello friends, today I will show you my favorite photograph, hope like you and comment my post:

I choose this picture taken for me, with the camera of my cousin “Camila”, on my vacation in March 2012 in Temuco, Nueva imperial, when I went to collect berries with my mother and cousin, to make marmalade ofblackberry.

I like the pictures of nature, the landscape and animals also the photograph of the city in the night, but my choice for the image is because too have a story back.

In the image can see a plant of blackberry (Rubus ulmifolius) with a black scarab, the insect camouflaged with the fruit and looks like a spider, I hate so much the spiders and when see the insect I was scared jajaja, but more lately I realized my mistake, and the insect was rhyephenes maillei or also known as “burrito” in our country.

The scarab hosts in the trees Peumo, Quillay, Coihue, Pino radiata commonly, and it is a bark borer, this accelerates insect bio-deterioration.

I like the picture for the colors in the scarab, when you are making zoom in that, looks colors litmus in the abdomen also I like the effect of light and shade in the leafs, I like too the leafs spots and underside that can you see in the image, and finally also you can see that the fruit is in various stages of maturation this is beautiful.

Hello friends today I speak that the environment issues:

I think that environment issues is a big problem in our society, the environment don’t have the really importance they have, but this is not problem with the economy this is problem that the our culture, if we a investigate and invested have a new technologic for the example for produce energy and use the clean energies as the wind power, solar energy and geothermal energy, the world would different because decrease the pollution and if increment the social conscience.
With respect the central hydroelectric “Hidroaysen” I think that this is a less prejudicial that thermoelectric, in our country has more thermoelectric that hydroelectric, in this point I would agree with the realization the project “Hidroaysen” provided close the some thermoelectric for the example “Ventanas” because this causes many health problems for the habitants of the zone and contribute with the global warming owe to the CO2 emissions , some thermoelectric work carbon; and in the last time are dead crustaceans in the thermoelectric “Castillas” this is other example of huge pollution produce for the thermoelectric.

The smog is a terrible problem in our city, the excesses of cars, industries and the use of firewood as heating, make that Santiago has a dust could, I would like that the government could monitor there by to have cleaner air, and a world more friendly with the nature.

My favorite movie: "21 Black Jack

Hello friends

My favorite movie this is 21 black jack your director is Robert Luketic, is a story real.

Ben Campbell (Jim Sturgess), is a brilliant student and he wants study medicine in Harvard but He doesn’t have money for your studies and He want to have the scholarship “Robinson” for  studies.

Ben has 2 friends,  Miles Connolly (Josh Gad) and Cam Azazi(Sam Golzari), They aren't very populars in MIT.

Ben met a Micky Rosa (Kevin Spacey), your professor and He invites to join the club “21 black jack”. the members of "21" are Jill Taylor (Kate Bosworth), Choi (Aaron Yoo), Kianna(Heddle Lapira) and Fisher (Jacob Pitts), They count cards. Ben doesn't accept the intitation, but Jill convinces a Ben.

The team 21 every weekend and  holiday day go to "Las Vegas", to play 21 black jack. Ben's life is becoming more fantastic, He win much money and He goes hotels luxury. Ben and Jill, fall in love. Ben becomes ambitious and left over his old friends. Cole Williams (Laurence Fishburne) security chief, wants catch Micky Rosa and Ben…

I really like this film because i want go to "Las Vegas”, the history is fantastic, is a comedy movie and also have a love history, past grudges beetween Cole Williams and Micky Rosa.

The strengths of the film are when Ben begins an affair with Jill, When Ben lost all your money of the game and finally when They were discovered by Cole Williams and they lose money again.

I hope they see the movie, see you the next week.

Today I speak about my favorite web page this is www.chilebosque.cl  I like so much it, because it have information about the native plants, is very useful for the career. You can recognize a species with the respective family. Chilebosque has the scientific and common names of the plants which help you memorized  

You can see pictures of trees, shrubbery, cactus, herbs, ferns, lichens, mosses, climbers and epiphytes.  Also describe the species with the respective geographical distribution in the most of the cases. There are 525 different species described. Have online books which you can see read on your computer.

My Favorite Band

Hi friends

Today, I will speak of my favorite music band this is Incubus, from California, USA. It is a band of alternative rock, it is formed in 1991, comprises by vocalist Brandon Boyd, guitarist  Mike Einziger , drummer  Jose Pasillas and bassist Ben Kenney.

I like this band principally for the rhythm and their letters of songs and I like too the voice of vocalist it is soft and manly, Brandon is the love of my life.

The letters of their song spoken of  love and  confused history.

My favorite song is oil and water of album Light Grenades, I like because in a moment of my life this song represent me.

I hope you hear this song, this is beautiful and harmonious.   

My autobiograpy

Hi!, my name is Vanessa Cifuentes, I was born on August  21, 1992 in Santiago. I haven't  got  brothers, but I have a dog of five years. It is called Lucky. My dog love jumping and  is very  loving.

I studied at the high school Javiera Carrera  until 2010. Now I'm  Forestry student, from Universidad de Chile, I've choosen the career because I like the nature. The trees are wonderful and beutiful, my favorite tree  is the Avellano I like its fruit and leaves.

when was a child i liked rollerblading and I'd do it again,this is the only sport that I like. I like rock music and my favourite bands are The Killers, Incubus, Weezer and Linkin Park, unfortunately I don't play any instruments.
